Off to see the blizzard....
Well, we weren't really expecting the blizzard but I know you guys have all had experiences with the Weather Wizards and their predictions. It was a bit adventuresome but we made it up to Sis's and back. Had a great stay at the Ashland Springs Hotel, too. A nice leisurely dinner and a great view from the 9th & top floor! That's an experience for a couple of country people. lolWe're home again and glad to be here but we enjoyed out Xmas treat as well. Our wonderful neighbor not only tended the dogs for us but built a fire this morning so the house wasn't an ice palace when we returned. Thank you!

We've got our share of snow this winter already, this led to a snowblower AND snowshoe purchase, happy holidays.
It was a pretty scary trip at time when the wind whipped everything into a white out and we had to stop until it cleared. But it didn't last long and we enjoyed our holiday.
